Crime Prevention/Threat Training

When seeing news reports of mass shootings and other acts of violence across the country, it’s common to think, “That won’t happen here.” But what if you or your organization was faced with an active threat situation? Would you know what to do?

Bedford County Sheriff’s Office personnel are trained in the best ways to prevent an active threat, as well as the best ways to react to an active threat situation if it presents itself.

We hold presentations for offices, churches and other small groups to help pass along this important, life-saving knowledge.

If you are interested in booking an Active Threat Training session, contact the Captain of our Operations Division at 540-587-0726.
